1955年、北海道札幌市生まれ、札幌市在住の美術家。
北海道教育大学札幌分校特設美術課程卒業。
幼少期、父親の転勤で紋別、釧路、広尾などに住む。
紙や日常の素材をファイリングして光を透過させるアートファイルを制作、森や水をイメージする抽象的作品を制作。
また、破いた紙を貼り合わせながら、その上に彩色するなど、紙の絵画の可能性を追い求めている。

Born in 1955 in Sapporo, Hokkaido, currently living in Sapporo.
Graduated from Hokkaido University of Education Sapporo branch special art course.
During my childhood, I lived in Monbetsu, Kushiro, Hiroo, etc. due to my father's transfer.
I create art files that allow light to pass through by filing paper and everyday materials, and creates abstract works that evoke images of forests and water.
I’m also pursuing the possibilities of paper paintings, such as pasting together torn pieces of paper and painting on top of them.
